Delivery & Shipping
Delivery Times:
Delivery times are shown on the respective product detail page.
Orders for items in stock received on business days before 12:00 noon are usually shipped the same day. Our parcels are delivered by DPD. Pallet shipments are generally handed over to the freight forwarder Sulser no later than the following business day.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs can only be calculated once items have been added to your shopping cart.
Shipping Packaging:
At Vivosan, we don’t just want to offer high-quality baby products – we also want to take responsibility for the world our children will grow up in. That’s why we consciously focus on sustainability, even where it may not be immediately visible: our packaging.
To conserve resources and protect the environment, we reuse cardboard boxes and packaging materials that have already been used. These come from our incoming deliveries and are carefully checked before being reused. As protective filling material, we use recycled paper or cut-up cardboard from packages we receive.
We know that reused packaging may sometimes look a little less “shiny”. But we believe:
