Care & Safety:

1. Make sure your microwave is set to 800W (or equivalent) and the water temperature is 100°C / 212°F.
2. Place the Place the bottle teats in a microwave-safe sterilization box (e.g. a BIBS pacifier box) and fill it with water.
3. Place the box in the microwave for 60 seconds.
4. Let the box cool down before removing the teats.
